Where do i even start first off if you are taking a collections job here just know that you will NOT GET A BONUS CHECK I have never worked in a collections job with no bonus checks for the collectors what a SCAM! Second you are going to work from clock in to clock out there is no down time and the calls are BACK TO BACK if you are not making a outbound call you are getting an inbound call thrown at you even if you are in the middle of a call! did i mention you have 30 seconds to preview a call before making the call which is NOT ENOUGH time to view all of the MESS that has happened on the account before you touch it as NO ONE knows what the hello they are doing there!! Not even the sups! and there is only one team lead for 10 teams so room for growth thats a dang joke!! this company is under first american title and has the nerve to be CHEAP like this!! this company took over HOMEPOINT and cut the pay for all its employees and forced them to take a pay cut or to be unemployed and in this economy what do you think majority of the employees did?!!! Then on top of that they LIED and said that our job would be easier as we would only have to focus on collections calls but here it is you handle EVERY DEPT CALLS from foreclosure to bankruptcy to loss mitigation to escrow COME ON they are exploiting their workers! they are not paying fair for the work they expect us to do!! if you are looking for a job that will work you half to death and never have down time to breathe please apply theres a call in que waiting for you! lol!!!

Pros

Modern technology; collaborative environment; engaged, passionate team members; singular vision for the product and platform.

Cons

Occasional sudden shifts in direction or changes in underlying technology choice with apparently little regard to the delivery schedule. Gaps in the communication chain can create chaos and confusion between team members in the trenches and upper management. "Scrum" isn't really Scrum. Unfinished features frequently make it into production.
