Pros
1. Great Learning - Unlike other MNC you don't have to spend your whole life working on a single project in SLS you will get a lot of opportunities to work on different projects and modules of Service Now which helps a lot for individual growth. SLS encourage their employees to take as many certifications and training as they want to and get exposure to different applications and modules of ServiceNow. 2. Great team to work with- The team size is small as it's a startup but everyone in the team is super friendly, supportive and helpful, even the manager is very much involved in all the work and team activities. It's a team of young people(even if you're not u will feel young in this team) 3. Onsite Opportunity - The scope of working onsite in Australia is very high in SLS. They even took all their employees to Singapore for ServiceNow training 4. Team Outing - SLS makes sure that employees enjoy working with them, the team outing is different here compared to other organizations as we don't only go for lunch/dinner/drinks, every time we try to go for different activities/adventures sports on a team outing. IPL every year is a must! 5. No dress code - You can wear casuals to the office every day, you don't have to wait for Friday! 6. Chill work environment - The office is in a coworking space, you can sit anywhere even on the swings and work. 7. Great place to work - There are no seniority levels in this organization, which helps a lot to reduce the conflict between seniors and juniors, everyone is on the same level and working as hard as the other.

1. If you want to do work from home you have to inform a day prior 2. No casual leaves 3. No transportation service(like cab/bus facility) 4. No cafeteria in the coworking space.
