Pros

- Good place for freshers to learn. - Colleagues are very supportive and always make time to help. - A positive atmosphere makes this place pleasant to work. - They provide the benefit of on-site experience and opportunity - Direct interaction with the client gives good exposure. - Manager is very supportive and a chill out person, who always encourage team members to grow against their weaknesses. - There is no hierarchy followed. Reaching out to higher level management is easy. - They have projects on different modules of ServiceNow where people get more exposure to learn new modules. For ex. Discovery,SAM,CSM,ITSM,Portal,HR,Integration related projects etc. - Frequent team outings. - Frequent training and certifications on different modules.

Cons

- There is no cafeteria in the office - No transportation service provided.
