      Pros

      If you are friends with the boss and don’t even work it doesn’t matter you’ll still get paid.

      Cons

      Unless you are best friends with the managers, and bow down to everything they say that’s not even related to work, you will hate your job. While trying to work they will try and push their own non-work related ideologies on you. If you don’t comply or aren’t related to the staff, you will never grow within the workplace.

      There are no good reasons to work for a company with this attitude.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. No chance for advancement. The only way to get anywhere with this company is to be related to someone in charge or someone they like to drink beer with. Some of the people here (related to management) don't have to show up at the office, just work from home. These are not the most experienced or the most educated that get this perk, just the "buddies". Don' t waste your time with this place, you will just be the slave.
