      Pros

      If you are friends with the boss and don’t even work it doesn’t matter you’ll still get paid.

      Cons

      Unless you are best friends with the managers, and bow down to everything they say that’s not even related to work, you will hate your job. While trying to work they will try and push their own non-work related ideologies on you. If you don’t comply or aren’t related to the staff, you will never grow within the workplace.

      Pros

      Not many pros of the experience I had. Met a few good people. Communication was ok.

      Cons

      Having to do other people's jobs because they are not fit for duty. Travel is covered but you have to share rental vehicles with random people on opposite shift. General transportation issues. Felt understaffed.
