- Innovative product - Good enthusiasm around product and teams during the initial days of hiring or we otherwise call honey moon period is great!

Cons

- lacks vision, integrity, culture and values - Is this how engineering works and managed? - Reminds me of Oracle 6 version release and Larry Ellison's management with an act of empathy here!
