Pros
Dedicated and hard working specialists, loan processors and other support staff. The organization has a great mission. Provides a great service to customers.
Cons
Extremely poor leadership. The company will fail under the continued leadership of the Executive Director and Associate Director. High employee turnover, low employee morale. Employees unable to discuss concerns with HR Department because information will be shared with other employees, management and leadership. The work environment is extremely toxic.

- externally the organization demonstrates its mission very well and the relationships created with peers and clients are priceless - rewarding experiences helping individuals from our community are the trend!
Cons
Management, Management, & Management. Management lacks vision and leadership skills, therefore there is no direction for employees. Employees that have been there for years, have not received performance reviews, incentives, and/or updated job descriptions to reflect their responsibilities, expectations. Constantly changing roles, nonexistent or unrealistic goals makes the environment very reactive, chaotic and stressful..
