Pros

The people, the majority are hardworking, and very passionate about the impact we have for improving people's lives, whatever our role.

Cons

The same as anywhere else, some people aren't that nice, and are very political in getting themselves ahead.

    Interview

It was pretty intense, over the phone. But it went well! I feel like I learned a lot about the company and was able to truly sell myself. They asked about my education, my experience, how I felt about traveling, etc.
