-Agile and Waterfall opportunities -Full-Stack development -Many different types of OO development technologies to work with -Plenty of growth opportunities or changes to change departments with ease -Promotes mostly from within rather than hiring out
Cons
-As an insurance company, not very forward thinking as far as technology goes so it takes a long time for new technology to come in -New to Agile so the methodologies are not yet fine tuned
