      In a wonderful north Chicago neighbourhood (Lakeview). Operation hours are office based hours. Flexible with schedule

      Cons

      3 teir pay structure, monthy pay fluctuations based on a biased performance rating scale. Passive aggressive pharmacists and uncooperative HR. Once you get on their bad side, which will only take 1 mistake, they will push you to the lowest teir. forcing you to quit

      Great experience so far, definitely unlike my previous PT job

      Pros

      Experience has been solid so far, can be challenging initially to get the hang of things, but appreciate the variety of work compared to my old retail pharmacy gig. Scheduling is very flexible, and all the other technicians and pharmacists have been fun to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Tough to say overall. There is a fair amount of material to learn over the first few months, but the training has been helpful.
