Pros
Experience has been solid so far, can be challenging initially to get the hang of things, but appreciate the variety of work compared to my old retail pharmacy gig. Scheduling is very flexible, and all the other technicians and pharmacists have been fun to work with and learn from.
Cons
Tough to say overall. There is a fair amount of material to learn over the first few months, but the training has been helpful.
