Pros

Not many, if any at all... casual dress code was nice I guess. Zero benefits, no health-care plans, cheap all around. Ego-maniac essentially near the top of the company that is 'always right.'

Cons

Cliques like high school. Pandering to egos, especially the COO gets you far and even might get a salary increase. This type of practice, which wouldn't be kosher at any company with an actual HR department is disgusting. Zero benefits, PTO is minimal, and CEO has no idea where this ship of a company is going. Zero company culture, goals or direction. Hard to fathom how the company makes revenue or even breaks even at best.

Pros

You will communicate with intriguing YouTube creators that are in the network.

Cons

This is one of the very few real reviews of this company since the CEO asked everyone to write nice reviews. I will list the cons in bullet points just to keep this short and concise. • The CEO is clueless about everything that is happening at his own company. • The CEO does not care about his employee's well-being he said, “We did not have benefits for so long because we want to save money.” • There is no HR, so all your concerns will fall on deaf ears or will become office gossip. • There is no company culture, most of the employees are friends, and it turns into an adult frat house on occasions. • There is a strict hierarchy system and titles are very important to people. Even though, there are only 15 employees on a good day. • Office politics is so rampant that playing into management egos gets you far. • Everyone stays in their own lanes and no one truly wants to be working here.
