I applied online. I interviewed at ScaleLab (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I met with the Dan Barry, Senior Publicist, at DisruptivAgency. We totally vibed and had a casual sit down talk at a coffee shop nearby. We both discussed our goals and how we could work together to help the PR department at DA get where it needs to be and is now! I came in for an interview after meeting with Dan to meet the CEO, David, who was very impressive with his background and expertise in the field. The interview was the perfect length not too long or short, and I found it very enticing and exciting. I then got offered the job a couple days later. I could not be happier to have left my last job and have the opportunity to work for such an amazing and successful company.

Interview
I applied via linkedin and got an email from the hiring manager within a few days. very pleasant guy to talk to, no pressure or anything like that. He also informed me that he will follow up on decisions within a week, which he did. Even though I did not get an offer, it was overall a pleasant experience.
