      Pros

      Excellent work life balance. The pay is fair as the workplace is unionized and professional. There are tons of professional development opportunities. A great work place atmosphere.

      Cons

      I love my job here. I don't have any issues. Just like any job there can be workplace drama, or the odd bad day. Outside of that, if you like working with people, it's a great place to work.
