The managers and development team at Sagacity have been incredibly supportive and encouraging. A wide range of experience is available here for people new to the industry. If that is your case, I would strongly recommend giving them a shot. The opportunity to join in a ground-floor situation definitely exists here.
Cons
A small and young company that requires its team members to be good at context switching across a wide range of tasks, which can be overwhelming at times. However, these are valuable skills to be nurtured for any professional.
