The Service dept. is a mess because of bad management with a high turn over rate due to the micro-managing. If you aren't snitching on coworkers for anything you can assume or find you are part of the problem. If you have an idea to improve the process of doing work in any way keep it to yourself or you will be deemed as "going against the status quo". They will make it miserable coming into work. And brown nosers will watch your every move so watch those eggshells on the floor. It used to be a good place to work years past but now its a chore going to work. They have cameras watching everything you do in every room if you so much as close your eyes for a few seconds they will fire you within the week after reviewing all footage which seems to be a pass time for them.

Where to begin. It is exhausting working for this company. If you’re looking for a place where you will be happy with your job - avoid safety vision at all costs. The products are sold before they’re ready when management knows the product doesn’t perform well. It’s shady. Favoritism is prevalent. You will be alienated if you are not one of them. Discrimination is also prominent. You’ll have a very different experience depending on your gender and whether or not you’re a favorite. The CEO is not knowledgeable about the products despite how frequently he is in office.
