Horrible company - Sales Safety Vision Employee Review

First, The CEO is a great guy who seemed to take into consideration the well-being of his employees. PTO is decent. And that's the extent of the good working there.

The Service dept. is a mess because of bad management with a high turn over rate due to the micro-managing. If you aren't snitching on coworkers for anything you can assume or find you are part of the problem. If you have an idea to improve the process of doing work in any way keep it to yourself or you will be deemed as "going against the status quo". They will make it miserable coming into work. And brown nosers will watch your every move so watch those eggshells on the floor. It used to be a good place to work years past but now its a chore going to work. They have cameras watching everything you do in every room if you so much as close your eyes for a few seconds they will fire you within the week after reviewing all footage which seems to be a pass time for them.
