Everyone is friendly. No exceptions. Everyone helps each other achieve their daily goals. Nobody is trying to deceive you or hurt your performance. Management respects the Devs and understands when to adjust deadlines and scopes. Work environment is relaxed and supportive. Salary is competitive. Also the little things make a big difference. HR showed me around and gave me a start-up kit filled with gear that was really useful: Laptop; Monitor; personalized mugs; water bottle; notebook and start-up guide. This introductory experience sold me.

Genuinely None. Not a single issue comes to mind.
