      Asides the CEO, everybody's nice and helpful

      Cons

      The CEO is a very difficult person to work with. As if that's not bad enough, he can be rude and toxic. There's no HR as at when writing this so that means the difficult CEO would be your HR

      Pros

      Fast pace working environment, I gained domain knowledge on shipping and freight forwarding.

      Cons

      No structure, CEO handles the business and management side of the company, unrealistic deadlines, you can be owed salary for months. It's not a good place to work if you have options.
