      Super exciting environment to work in with flexible approach to work

      Pros

      1. The company is doing extremely well with a recent large raise. 2. Driven people, with very relevant industry experience. I have been able to learn a lot at SAPI to date. 3. Able to work abroad (not from the vicinity of the office) for 6 weeks a year.

      Cons

      Recent growth has put a strain on ops. It is exciting, but puts a strain on the team long term. Hiring for additional roles.

      - Exciting potential for growth and development to anyone considering SAPI - A company that offers a lot of autonomy to employees in terms of work flexibility and management of your own time - Supportive work culture that encourages collaboration - Clear and pragmatic vision from leadership - A very friendly team - everyone will make time for you if you have any questions or just want to go grab a coffee for 20 minutes.

      Cons

      - Start-ups have natural growing pains like any other business and I believe SAPI takes the feedback from its employees to bring about the right change required for the team to grow as a unit. - More of an observation than a con; SAPI fosters an environment that encompasses self-management over extensive management structures. This might not suit individuals who prefer or rely heavily on structured guidance and constant oversight from higher management. It is important to note that there are clear feedback loops in place & regular 1-2-1's but if you need more than that, it might not be the right environment.

      Pros

      Great place to work, decent benefits, very flexible work environment, nice people, you can see how your contribution makes a difference as the business is still fairly small, so you can really have an impact.

      Cons

      As any small business, there's a lot of work to be done in getting things off the ground, everything moves fast - not necessarily a con, just something to bear in mind.
