      Decent product. Some fun people work there.

      Cons

      Other than CEO & CTO, senior management is shockingly bad with little to no grasp of technology or the insurance industry. Benefits are bad - healthcare plan is very expensive, no 401k match, no decent employee perks.

      No real pros to working at Roots.

      Cons

      CEO and leadership team are unqualified. No real strategy set in place. Have had over 5 layoffs in the last years and extremely high turnover. Culture is extremely toxic.
