In my short time here, I've found that the team is great. The whole company is full of people that care about your personal situation. The work can range from complicated and frustrating to interesting and engaging, but there's always someone to help.

We have fantastic, 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision benefits, health & wellness reimbursement for things like gym memberships, exercise equipment, etc., competitive PTO, paid training and certifications, company profit sharing and bonuses, union benefits (for applicable roles), flexible hours, WFH options (for certain roles), and a dog-friendly office. The culture is wonderful, we participate in multiple volunteer days each year, have a great employee recognition system, and it just in general is a great environment. It's also in a great location, central to our entire employee base and most of our clients.
