Pros
Decent pay and benefits compared to some other companies in the same industry. Also considering the company's relatively small size, it was good to see that the company was doing well overall and able to offer me fair compensation.
Cons
Since I worked at the client site 100% of time, I saw very little of the company on a day-to-day basis. Often times, I felt like I worked for the client and not for RDTS. My contact for HR was also hard to get a hold of when I needed her. It would have been nice to feel more engaged with the company itself.
