      Pros

      Decent product, most employees are nice.

      Cons

      Don't give salespeople time to develop or learn. 7-9 month sales cycle but they fire people after 6 months and have let go at least 15 sales people in the last year. Daily pipeline calls--daily.

      Pros

      Strong player in the political and advocacy space. Good benefits package. Unlimited PTO. Good marketing team. A few good people are still left.

      Cons

      Very high-pressure sales organization. If you aren't performing to unattainable standards in the first 90 days, you are out. There has been a ton of turnover in sales over the past several months. Not one person on my team of 8 reps made goal in 2016. There is no transparency at all when it comes to how annual goals are set. Very weak support team and internal communication. The product is inferior and it is hard to compete in an already very crowded marketplace. Most campaigns either get cancelled or do not renew. The company is under a lot of pressure to be profitable after almost 10 years in business and they are taking extreme measures to get there.

      Burnout culture and unsustainable workloads.

      Pros

      Salary is good, that's about it.

      Cons

      They did away with employee stock options once bought out by private equity. They have unlimited PTO, but you get not chance to use it, as employees are over worked and taking off means falling further behind. Like just places your expected to stay on top of your deadlines, however your workload and deadlines are unrealistic which leads to working 60-80 hour weeks minimum, leading to burnout

Our Wellness Committee has launched several initiatives to promote work-life balance and mental wellness, including coaching sessions on time management, Gratitude Week, and courses on breathing and meditation.
