Pros
Strong player in the political and advocacy space. Good benefits package. Unlimited PTO. Good marketing team. A few good people are still left.
Cons
Very high-pressure sales organization. If you aren't performing to unattainable standards in the first 90 days, you are out. There has been a ton of turnover in sales over the past several months. Not one person on my team of 8 reps made goal in 2016. There is no transparency at all when it comes to how annual goals are set. Very weak support team and internal communication. The product is inferior and it is hard to compete in an already very crowded marketplace. Most campaigns either get cancelled or do not renew. The company is under a lot of pressure to be profitable after almost 10 years in business and they are taking extreme measures to get there.
