Our team was the best in the house. Leadership knew this!

Cons

The new regime cares not for anyone, nor the customer. The level of frustration I hear from customers is palpable. The new CEO only cares about a transaction, not Foster relationships. What's ironic is he knows nothing about supply chains, yet stands on a stage speaking of self healing this and that. It's embarrassing, and I'm happy to be gone!

Somewhat flexible work schedule. Some good teammates.

Cons

Worst leadership I have ever experienced. Sales are low, yet cuts are made from nearly every other department. High favoritism culture. Extremely toxic, anyone that speaks up or has a difference of opinion will be ridiculed and likely laid off. Leadership can be openly cruel to employees in front of other teammates.
