Tough and fast-paced in the best possible way. Strong culture (despite being fully remote) and genuinely smart employees across the board who are dedicated to solving tough problems.

Workload can be demanding but the pros outweigh the cons.

I worked with and met some great people during my time at Resilinc, unfortunately none of them are with the company anymore.

- Toxic and chaotic leadership with no clear direction. - Strategy seems to be to continue to lay people off while sales suffer, but lack of sales is directly correlated with poor management. - Team is primarily male at this point, very few women. - Much of the team is located in India, a difficult time zone for anyone working from the US. - Selling products before they’re built, tested and ready.
