      Flexible remote work but lacks job security and support

      Pros

      Work from home, and fully remote very flexible in that way.

      Cons

      High turn over or maybe a lot of people and departments have been let go so it doesn’t provide the feeling of job security, everyone is quickly and easily replaceable, lack of training for new hires which does not set them up for success in a very high metrics environment. Good for someone just starting out and doesn’t know any better. Would not leave a stable company for them.

      Pros

      Everyone has a hand in building the company. Open minded culture where ideas are shared and valued. Fun casual atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic at times with rapid change and growth. "Team Lead" is really a supervisor/manager role (complete performance reviews and term people, if needed) and pay is very low in exchange.

      My experience has been highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to the absence of comprehensive training and a complete lack of operational support. Additionally, I have been targeted with unfounded accusations that are demonstrably false
