      Very caring, understanding, friendly Company to work for.

      Cons

      People that says called at short notice.. If sonething happened to you... ILL/ FAMILY DEATH and you rang to say you cannot come to work... someone will have to cover the shift.. Its the nature of the business.. not your 9-5 job.. contracts are at steak here.
