8yI have been happily working at Reichmann's warm work environment for over 8 years & I have never heard of any yelling or experienced micromanaging. This disgruntled employee was working for us on probation & we had to let him go only after 2 weeks due to his poor work ethics as he would be spending a significant part of his paid time at work involved in his own personal email, social media, internet surfing etc... in addition to his neglecting his primary tasks, inability to follow through on managers instructions & his low technical abilities to fulfill the tasks required.
