      Pros

      Working at Rechat is a rewarding experience. The leadership team genuinely cares about employees’ growth and well-being, fostering a culture of trust and transparency. My colleagues are talented, supportive and passionate about the work. I really love the product we are building. It has a big impact on people’s lives, and it’s an amazing feeling to know that my work directly helps others. Rechat is a fantastic place to build your career. I feel valued, and supported, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, growth-oriented environment.

      Because the company is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities shift, you need to be adaptable.

      Pros

      My interview process was smooth, streamlined and I was informed of the steps and process upfront. Recruiting was quick to answer questions, proactive and even responded to me while he was on vacation. My first week of training and onboarding has been top notch and my manager has gone above and beyond to help get me started.

      I have no complaints so far.
