      - Even though I work remotely, RTI goes out of its way to make sure I am informed and trained. - Everyone is willing to help. When I need an answer there is always someone available. - My input matters and my achievements are recognized.

      The best culture. Everyone listens and is concerned about doing a good job.

      There really aren't any I can think of.. The company is growing fast, and there are growing pains, but because of the culture this is being handled well.
