      Working at Rapid7 was the lowest point of my career and harmful to my physical and mental wellbeing. Rapid7 was a hostile work environment and lacked psychological safety. The customer success org was immensely dysfunctional and chaotic with no clear direction or vision. Lots of managerial layers with redundant Director and VP titles but almost all of them were useless and overall clueless. Take a look at the stock over the last 3-4 years, this company is circling its way to the bottom.
