Pros

The company is very organized and has great operational and organizational structure.

Cons

I worked at Rallyware and unfortunately found that the culture does not foster true inclusivity or appreciation for diversity. Many of the leadership team members are either family or long-time friends, creating an inner circle that can be difficult for others to break into. If you weren’t part of the original group, you may find yourself sidelined when it matters most. There is a strong narrative that the company is a "family," but in reality, this often serves as a way to blur professional boundaries. Leadership and colleagues may try to create the appearance of a personal connection, but this can be used as a form of manipulation—expectations to overextend yourself without reciprocation are common. Unfortunately, when it becomes convenient, individuals can be cast aside or thrown under the bus without hesitation. The workplace is also plagued by cliques and, at times, outright bullying. If you choose to work here, I highly recommend enforcing strong professional boundaries and keeping interactions strictly work-related. While there are talented individuals at the company, the underlying culture makes it difficult to feel truly supported or valued unless you are part of the in-group. Additionally, the company’s product use case frequently lends itself to supporting MLM-type businesses. While there are some legitimate customers, the majority are opportunists, con artists, or organizations with questionable ethics. If you have a moral issue with supporting these types of businesses, you should steer clear of this company. There is a cult-like omission of facts when discussing this point, making it difficult to have transparent conversations about the nature of the customer base.
