      Pros

      International environment. You may meet all the European actors in the railway business.

      Cons

      Strong micromanagement without clear goals or direction. Very bureaucratized company. Management is almost always critical of the employees' work. Low or poor level of motivation. Tendency to punish good initiatives.

      RNE is an association in the railway industry. There is a lot of exposure in the railway business and you can get involved in various other business functions.
