Pros

Decent Pay. Thats it!

Cons

Women are unfairly treated and looked at like a piece of meat. Constantly had the PM (APM at the time) making vulgar comments which led to him sleeping with employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. RBA values all feedback. We are disappointed to learn of your experience while working in our former satellite office in Dallas. Be assured, RBA has a comprehensive harassment policy in place. We encourage all of our employees to bring forward any issues to management. We quickly and thoroughly investigate, taking necessary actions on the matter. RBA remains committed to a respectful, safe environment for everyone who works here.

Pros

There are still some talented people at the organization. There still are many unusual amenities (like cabin up north, pontoon, and Ice Fishing house on Minnetonka in the winter)... In addition Rick Born does some really nice events for his employees.

Cons

3+ years of year on year lay-offs where-by some of the most talented folks are show the door (and no one is informed to the point where you are relying on something on a project from someone and then find out the hard way that it will never happen as they are no longer there). Constant re-organizations, for the past 4 years. After this past re-org/layoff cycle a number of senior people have left and continue to leave of their own accord (and of these some represent the most senior/longest tenured Consultants/Staff).

First, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I am happy that you enjoyed our unique perks – we have worked hard to find ways to reward the incredible team we have here. I am sorry to hear that your experience at RBA did not match our mission of being a transparent, employee-focused company. While saying goodbye to employees is occasionally a tough reality of our industry, we are committed to supporting our team through these transitions and have updated our communication strategy accordingly. It is a mission of mine to create a workplace where people feel valued and supported, and I apologize that you didn’t always feel this was the case. We will continue to push forward in our efforts and truly appreciate thoughtful feedback like yours. Thank you again and best of luck in your future endeavors.
