Pros

Decent Pay. Thats it!

Cons

Women are unfairly treated and looked at like a piece of meat. Constantly had the PM (APM at the time) making vulgar comments which led to him sleeping with employees.

Pros

Awesome HR and company resources.

Cons

None. But if the HR is going to read this, I will say that recently they got rid of perks I care about and replaced them with ones that have less value to me, but that's just me being spoiled.

Pros

The people are talented, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. Collaboration is one of the company’s strengths, and there have been some great clients over the years. Employees who consistently perform well are recognized through programs like President’s Club and possibly stronger job security.

Cons

Frequent layoffs and furloughs over the last year created a stressful environment and uncertainty around job stability. Although benefits were maintained during furloughs, many employees would likely have preferred severance or at least some support. At times, company spending on travel and events felt difficult to reconcile while staffing reductions were occurring. Recognition did not always feel evenly distributed across teams, and the company also appears to be struggling to keep pace with changes in the industry.
