Pros
Modern company, fully remote. Promising business sector, healthy management. Possibility to contribute directly to company goals.
Cons
As a start-up, it is sometimes a little bit chaotic and if you need everything defined thats not your place to work. Salary is good but, since you often will wear double hats, could be better.

QuoIntelligence is a modern company, that permits all employees to be involved in building up & develop this young enterprise. Working together is smart and processes are agile (no micromanagement) and 100% of the stuff is fully remote. We are distributed through all EU (some is US) and the spirit is really international and cosmopolitan. The team is marvellous and working together is a pleasure.
Cons
Having still the flair of a startup company implies not having procedures like a multinational entity - if you want to join: be aware. Nevertheless team spirit is stronger.
