Pros

With my heart, I would say there are literally no benefits to working for this company you can even ask former employees, and they will not have a single positive thing to say about them.

Cons

The company only has downfalls. Please keep in mind that I have no personal animosity toward the management or anyone else in the company; if you ask the ex-employees, they will only have negative things to say about them if you believe me. 1. Do not join if you are here to learn and expect a high salary. 2. The management will micromanage people, and you will have no projects to work on, nothing. 3. The company lacks direction, as any former employee can attest. 4. They do not treat their employees well; upper management will humiliate you, take control of your social media accounts such as Linkedin, and monitor you with CCTV cameras when in the office. 5. There is strong favoritism at work here, leads are arrogant, and the entire management is arrogant. 6. Instead of spying, monitoring attendance, and monitoring social media, the company should concentrate on growing. They must perform actual work, i.e. work to improve product features. 7. The company has no roadmap; product managers, marketing managers, and human resource managers are all namesakes.

Pros

- They pay the salaries regularly (I know this is technically not a pros, but the way startups operate in this world, if a small company like this one pays your salary on time, it's a plus.) - A few hardworking and intelligent folks in the group, if you are lucky and get to work with them, you would learn something in an otherwise directionless and visionless org.

Cons

- Its a place well suited for sycophants and those who can nod their heads to the one sitting at the helm. Everyone in the management is a puppet in the hands of one person who is egotistic and full of pride. - They can fire you any day. - No definite roadmap for the products, functions work in silos, no clarity - No learning, no growth. - Pathetic office setup. Borderline toxic work culture - They follow HR policies from the textile mill days. Fixed work hours, else leave deducted; can only work from 'home' if working from home, sandwich leaves. The rest you can imagine.

Pros

No Pro's at all , dont join this company

Cons

No work-from-home or remote flexibility. No proper leave/attendance policy; sandwich leave policy makes it difficult to plan time off. Strict office timing (on or before 9:30 AM), which is challenging for employees commuting from far. If check-in is even slightly delayed beyond 9:30 AM, half-day salary is deducted. There have been many instances of layoffs of hardworking employees without any clear reason (due to ego issues from a worst CTO with no professional ethics). CEO leadership lacks professionalism and basic workplace ethics. Uses casteism and class-based behavior, along with inappropriate and disrespectful communication that makes employees uncomfortable and creates a negative work environment. there is excessive focus on CCTV monitoring. They appear to spend significant time observing employees rather than enabling productivity or improving processes. This constant surveillance creates mistrust and discomfort. No parties, no lunch, no entertainment — only work. They prefer to hire management’s friends’ children and take care of them even without working at the office. Poor management and no clear direction. Toxic work culture with zero work-life balance. Disorganized leadership. Unrealistic culture.
