      Only the money is good if you work 3500 hours per year

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care if you make extra effort. HR are not respectful to employees rights. Too much competition between employees. Newer staff always trying to throw you under the bus to get your place.

      Pros

      The people are wonderful to work with, you have a lot of flexibility in the way you do certain tasks. Think more "start-up" type of environment.

      Cons

      The compensation is below market value. It has become increasingly clear that the stockholders hold more importance to the company than the employees and at times, clientele. The overall hierarchy is too top heavy, the ratio of management to the managed seems very off kilter. Benefits are decent but are progressively worse (little by little) every year. There's a lot of disorganization and lack of direction in many ways. It's clear that some in management or leadership roles aren't necessarily deserving to be there.
