I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Quest Integrity (Kent, WA) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview, followed by an in person interview of three rounds with 6 people each round. At the end I met with my future boss for a one-on-one.

Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn for a Field Technician position that would train to become a Project Manager. About a day later someone from their HQ up north emailed me to set up a phone interview a week later. I had the phone interview that basically asked my qualifications and went over my resume. Asked simple questions about my training and so on. Then I got a call from the Manager in my area that wanted to set up a phone interview with him (why not just talk then? I don't know) and we talked about 2 days later, same questions as the 1st call. Then he asked me if I could come in that week. I did, had a walk through their shop, asked simple questions and handed me a paper application to fill out. 2 weeks later, the same manager emailed me asking if I could have the last interview with his boss before they discussed pay and benefits and a start date. I replied that I would be available the following week. It was very informal but friendly. Everything seems great with the company but just repetitive.

Question 1
What NDT certification do you or did you have? What techniques are you familiar with?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Quest Integrity in Jun 2016
Interview
This was a phone interview to screen the best qualified candidates and narrow the large amount of applicants. The HR director from another state called all of the applicants, and chose a certain number of qualified people, who were then called by the local HR department for a more detailed phone interview. If you were to then be considered after the second phone interview, you would be called in for a physical interview.
