      Pros

      My association with Quantum Bricks has been wonderful, the management is well motivated and guides the team to achieve their goals. Very respective to the feedback shared and willing to adapt . It has been one of the very few organizations I have seen who always looks out for young talent to onboard and doesn’t hesitate to move them up quickly when they notice it.

      Do they really have any?

      -> Treat Employees like Slaves & Daily Labour -> Abuse employees in meeting calls & groups -> Holding last month paychecks -> Deducting extra PF and none should question on this -> Incentives, They promise while you join and start negotiating and slowly stop saying market is not good. -> 1+1 is their basic policy to save salaries -> You are not allowed to take any sick leave or holiday even for important festivals -> Hr. Policy , most funniest part is Hr. is fresher and she don't even know how to behave with seniors -> If you are late by 5 min, half day cut though it's raining or u met with accident or anything -> Use & Throw employees with high salary after squeezing their worth.
