Pros

Nice office building and smells good

Cons

No room for advancement. Will keep you in the same role for as long as you can make it. Management hired from outside with minimal related experience. And it shows.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the more than five years you spent with Quantum Health. We recognize that career growth is important, and we also recognize the critical role our PSRs play in delivering on our mission every day. The PSR position is a foundational role within our organization, and we highly value the knowledge, experience, and retention of employees in these positions. As a result, HR and business leadership are actively working to design more sustainable, business-aligned career paths that create meaningful progression opportunities while supporting the long-term needs of the organization. We are also excited about Quantum Health’s continued growth and the value we provide to our clients and members. While we appreciate your perspective, Quantum Health has always operated as a for-profit organization focused on improving healthcare experiences and outcomes. We appreciate your contributions during your time here and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. - Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health

Pros

Qh offers a consistent paycheck

Cons

-no trust across the department or interdepartmentally -“Transformation” is driving the bus, other leaders come off as puppets who have no backbone or standards - they just wanted to have options -everyone is now paid way less than predecessors -the care coordination product is not a defendable product - we don’t warrior or lighten loads for members like we say we do -clinical audits are regularly failed - clinical call lists are backlogged and we miscalculate clinical engagement bc nurses used the system wrong -there hasn’t been an actuarial study regarding savings in years -they won’t offer any reporting regarding clinical results or breakouts for engaged vs unengaged members (everyone knows one of the current leaders put their foot in their mouths years ago stating QH doesn’t do what we say we do) -we can’t validate that we increase point solution utilization- point solution “referrals” are merely care coordinators saying they educated members on a benefit -we were forced to encourage client connect attendance but weren’t invited to attend -everyone knows another shoe is going to drop. Just do it already. -clients and consultants should realize we are being pushed to sell the future and diverting focus from the current performance and issues - they're paying for our future investments, not current servicing -this review clearly rubbed people the wrong was as they keep attempting to try and take it down.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we recognize that this review reflects your personal experience, we do not believe it represents the experience of all employees across Quantum Health. As our organization continues to evolve, we understand that change can create uncertainty and differing viewpoints about priorities, decisions, and direction. We remain committed to listening to employee feedback, strengthening our operations, and delivering value to our members, clients, and employees. We know that trust is earned through transparency, accountability, and consistent execution, and we are focused on continuing to improve in each of those areas. We appreciate all employees who contribute their time, effort, and feedback as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. For employees who believe they have constructive feedback or ideas that could positively impact their team, department, or the broader employee experience, we encourage them to engage directly with Human Resources. Thoughtful dialogue and actionable feedback are important inputs as we continue working to improve our organization. — Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health
