Pros

Qh offers a consistent paycheck

Cons

-no trust across the department or interdepartmentally -“Transformation” is driving the bus, other leaders come off as puppets who have no backbone or standards - they just wanted to have options -everyone is now paid way less than predecessors -the care coordination product is not a defendable product - we don’t warrior or lighten loads for members like we say we do -clinical audits are regularly failed - clinical call lists are backlogged and we miscalculate clinical engagement bc nurses used the system wrong -there hasn’t been an actuarial study regarding savings in years -they won’t offer any reporting regarding clinical results or breakouts for engaged vs unengaged members (everyone knows one of the current leaders put their foot in their mouths years ago stating QH doesn’t do what we say we do) -we can’t validate that we increase point solution utilization- point solution “referrals” are merely care coordinators saying they educated members on a benefit -we were forced to encourage client connect attendance but weren’t invited to attend -everyone knows another shoe is going to drop. Just do it already. -clients and consultants should realize we are being pushed to sell the future and diverting focus from the current performance and issues - they're paying for our future investments, not current servicing -this review clearly rubbed people the wrong was as they keep attempting to try and take it down.

As our organization continues to evolve, we understand that change can create uncertainty and differing viewpoints about priorities, decisions, and direction. We remain committed to listening to employee feedback, strengthening our operations, and delivering value to our members, clients, and employees. We know that trust is earned through transparency, accountability, and consistent execution, and we are focused on continuing to improve in each of those areas. We appreciate all employees who contribute their time, effort, and feedback as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. Pros

The organization operates in a meaningful space within care coordination and navigation, and there are many capable, committed individuals working to support members. The mission, at least as articulated, is compelling and continues to attract people who want to do meaningful work.

Cons

Over time, there appears to have been a shift from a service-centered model to a more message-centered one. Increasing emphasis seems to be placed on external positioning, branding, and the introduction of “new” offerings, while the consistency and reliability of core services do not appear to have kept pace. At times, the organization seems more effective at describing impact than consistently delivering it. Accountability does not appear to be applied consistently across levels. Expectations for frontline roles, including conduct both within and outside the organization, are clearly defined and enforced, while similar standards do not seem to be applied with the same level of visibility or consistency at more senior levels. This creates the perception that accountability is role-dependent rather than principle-based. Compensation appears to have trended downward for many roles in recent years, even as expectations and workload have increased. Workforce reductions seem to have disproportionately affected frontline positions, while senior leadership layers appear to continue expanding. This imbalance can make it difficult for teams to sustain morale or confidence in the organization’s long-term direction. Taken together, these dynamics create an environment where the internal employee experience can feel increasingly difficult to reconcile with the organization’s external narrative.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for your many years of contribution to Quantum Health. Your recognition of the mission and the dedication of our teams is appreciated. We recognize the importance of ensuring alignment between how we represent our impact and how it is experienced day to day. As we’ve grown, we have taken deliberate steps to strengthen operational execution, reinforce accountability across all levels, and ensure that service quality remains the foundation of our work. Decisions around organizational structure, including both frontline roles and leadership investment, are made to support scale, sustainability, and the evolving needs of our members and clients. That includes equipping our teams with the right support, technology, and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes, not shifting focus away from the frontline, but enabling it to perform at its best. We continue to focus on improving transparency and maintaining alignment between our values, expectations, and the experience of our Healthcare Warriors. We appreciate the perspective you’ve shared and the role you played in helping build Quantum Health. – Felicia Taylor, CHRO, Quantum Health
