What I appreciate most is the culture of learning here. Seniors and managers are approachable and no question feels too small. There are regular training sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings and hands-on learning opportunities that have helped me build confidence and develop new skills quickly. The work environment is positive, collaborative and growth oriented. Everyone is focused on delivering good work but also ensures there's a healthy balance between productivity and well-being.

Cons

Every company has its own way of doing things, but nothing has stood out as a con in my experience.
