Pros

Flexible schedules. Work from home. Nice staff and colleagues.

Cons

Upper management needs to be more knowledgeable, with more experience and professional attitude. Staff opinions are ignored by management. Their answer is: "if you don't like it, you can leave".

We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the flexibility and awesome coworkers at Project Open Hand. While leadership and staff don’t always agree on the best way forward, we try to listen to and encourage staff to bring concerns to light at any time.

Pros

Until 2012, it used to be a great place to work. Great leadership and caring management.

Cons

New management don't care about lower paid staff. CEOs are indifferent to staff concerns. They want to reduce costs but increase their own salaries. The building is falling apart. Complaints fall into deaf ears. Moral is rock bottom. CEOs live in a cocoon.
