Pros

Until 2012, it used to be a great place to work. Great leadership and caring management.

Cons

New management don't care about lower paid staff. CEOs are indifferent to staff concerns. They want to reduce costs but increase their own salaries. The building is falling apart. Complaints fall into deaf ears. Moral is rock bottom. CEOs live in a cocoon.

Cons

Lack of communication, Gender and sexual orientation preferences, allocation of budget/s were never delivered, new staff have to deal with senior staff who are not open to new and refreshing ideas, the title "manager" has been given to incapable candidates. A broken structure and leadership. HR is broken and organization lacks of mental health support available to staff.
