Pros

Gives second or more chances. 4day work week. At this time good hrs.

Cons

Promises rarely ever true. Once management decides an employee isnt right for them, then said employee normally is picked on & pushed til not employed anymore. By way of them leaving or being fired. No trust in upper management or human resources. When taking any claim to HR, an informed, knowledgeable person a person will not see. This position only seems to help the company & never the employees working for them.

If you are still employed at Progressive, my suggestion would be for you to ask for a meeting with upper management (If you feel that you aren't getting a fair response from your immediate supervisor, or HR), and describe what you believe isn't fair. Keep in mind though that simply showing up is only half of the equation for growing with the company, there are other performance considerations as well.
