A paycheck and remote work.

Kiss up punch down culture disguised as "we're like a family". A wildly dysfunctional family. The work is not true consulting but staff aug work and over 50% of the work is one client. Favoritism is the only way to be successful and performance doesn't matter if you're not "popular". Which leads me to.... HR is super immature. The Head of Talent has no HR/Talent/Recruiting background but she is good friends with the President which is how she got the gig and why she can mistreat people and has so much control. The org is just toxic. I'm not giving an original review but the culture is toxic with favoritism leading the way.
