Potentially the downtown location but the office still sucked - was so tiny.

Cons

Awful management It's an exclusive boys club, so beware if you think you are going to get ahead here Awful office hours and the fact you are expected to work a 42 hour week

You can make decent money here if you are good at what you do. The commission scheme is better than other firms out there

Cons

The company is being held together by a small handful of people. Most people, especially management, doesn't know what they are doing. Top billers are leaving left and right, that must say something about the company culture? They keep hiring mgmt from the outside who doesn't know the business. No growth opportunities from within.

Interesting area of industry to recruit for Current marketing team are extremley strong

Cons

Management is in competition with the consultants , in my last time there I had more than one account taken away from me and given to less experienced less effective recruiters with no reason or logic or indeed taken on by management for their own gain - Management in Vancouver is flawed - gender diversity became a huge issue and doesnt look like its been rectified Bad hiring practices - funny considering its recruitment company
